Ingrédients
2 tablespoons of Silhouette Plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
2 pressed garlic cloves
½ teaspoon of white sugar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper

Servings : 3 to 4
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour.
Pour the vinaigrette on romaine lettuce, then add some croutons, bacon bits and freshly-grated Parmesan cheese.
This is an interesting alternative for those who wish to increase the nutritional value of their vinaigrettes while decreasing their fat content.
