Oikos is made using a centuries-old straining method that allows us to use just three ingredients (milk, cream and an active culture) and three times more milk* than a regular yogurt. The result? A thick, creamy and delicious Greek yogurt that is low in fat and high in protein.

Oikos is certified kosher and contains no gelatin or preservatives
